It had been quite several months that I did not update my blog. 4 months? i guess. It is because I am focus on my final semester of my last year of my Degree course.

Now, I am just sit back and waiting for the final exam result. And now, I have time to do my own stuff like my own domain, my own company projects and my own big planzzz.

I had registered a new domain at http://www.lokmanhoong.com and I will start to post my blog there. Since I am not able to migrate the blog post from here to there, I guess I will just have to start with a brand new blog site.

Today My bro remind me that my Ginseng powder had an expiry date, and it is very soon... shit..then I goto check, it is also end of this months! shit... all the while I jimat cermat drink it because it is damn expensive, cost me RM500!

Not only jimat cermat, but do not waste oso... I now full force drink the ginseng powder, whenever, wherever and whatever...... means I drink it all the time, I mix it in Milo and even plain water...

Diamond VS Christal

Today have nothing much to blog, since all my friends never see the dog in my hometown, so I posted some of their photo here.

Ladies n gentlemen, introducing, Diamond and Christal..wondering wat will be next...
Diamond is a He, and Christal is a She..Both of them are Rottweiler. oth of them are still a pup, Diamond is around 1 years old, Christal is around 6 months. An adult Rottweiler is big size, muscular and athletic. They have a broad and and rounded forehead. I like their eyes, because they look loyalty and goodwill.

According to one of the K9 captain, Rottweiler is tame,easy to train, loyal and they are strong too, very suitable as K9 unit.

Gosh..... Diamond is as tall as me when it standing already, cant imagine if it grown up, Raga Uncle call Diamond Beruang, mean Bear, because Diamond walk like a bear, big size and black color.

Christal is younger than Diamond, She is more active compared with Diamond.
Notti Notti!! and she is scare of the camera flash too, so I dun actually got a nice shot of her duh~

Diamond never sleep in the dog house, but Christal do, I wonder why.

Diamond get very excited everytime when he see water, he will bark whenever someone wash car, or even watering the flower. I wonder why too!

Unlucky day in APIIT

Yesterday, Thursday is one of my SUI-est day in APIIT. (Sui mean Unlucky)

At the Lunch hour, when I in the Queue to buy the chicken rice, then I realize my whole body left RM2.00 only, because I forgot to 'top up' my wallet.. Lucky my friend help me to pay for the rice first....

After few hour later, around 3.30pm, I drop my APIIT ID card from Level 3, it landed on the canopy at level 1, holy shit!! How it happen?
When I try to pull the landyard with the ID, the ID stuck on the steel and loose and then, It FLY AWAY~~~~~
Then when I tried to call my friend for any suggestion I can do, then I realize my handphone left RM0.04, Oh shit, I forgot to 'top up' my HP.

So I did talked to the student services, she told me to re-print another ID, pay extra RM10.00, because no one can help to get my ID back there... haiz.....there gone RM10.00.
Nvm, but both the admin ask me the same question :"You play the ID izzit?"... No laah, the stupid landyard loose laah.

昨天晚上终于看了周董的不能说的秘密，为什么说终于呢？因为上映的时候，朋友之中全部都不喜欢看浪漫片的，所以我下载来看了。

整部戏都蛮好看的，但是做到最最最未的那一part就扣大分了！

McDonald Sunday

Well, today is one lonely Sunday, because my working partner went to paktor (dating) and my housemate, which is another lone ranger, he went back his hometown (which is nearby). And The lone ranger he use to read free book at Kinokuya (something like tat) at KLCC, but the interesting part is that he went to the library to borrow some free book. He mentioned that the library is some where in Petaling Jaya.

What i wan to say is that, it's my lonely day. Do not have any appointment made, no need to mention about dating.

So I did woke up in the early morning, like use to be, no matter I sleep at 11pm or 2am or 4am, I will still wake up around 9am. (some kind of sleeping problem I had)

And then I start to do my assignment for ubiquitous computing, because next Tuesday is presentation, It is a group presentation, I hate the topic, "The ubiquitous security, is it all about biometric?" my part will be economic perspective, as a group leader, I also take the proactive to do the Introduction and Conclusion part of it. I really frustrated when doing the economy part, so eventually I only have 2 page of slides. I don't care, as the hongkies said "断估就断估；老虎就老虎啦！"

One interesting happens today is that, I did not went out for the whole day until at 8.30pm dinner with my housemate, (yes, he is back around... eh, I forgot).

So around 3pm, I called up McDonald Delivery to place my order, In the phone call, she mentioned the total is RM13.66 but I mis-heard RM16.33, so I beg her to repeat it.
Okay, after I hang up, I went to prepare the correct amount. Some how some thing wrong some where, I thought the amount is RM13.33, so I prepared RM13.40. (OK loh, keep the few cents change lah)

After 10-15 minutes, the delivery boy came, and then I paid the amount, I even count in front of him, I guess I had too much of Sylings and he just accept whatever I paid, I think confused too!

Then, I wear up my headphone and start to watch my long lost drama (I mean I stopped watch the drama since 2 months ago). After I finished the McD, around 1 hour later if i'm not mistaken, I realized that I actually paid the wrong amount.

"SHIT, Rock, You're fuck up again!" I tell myself. I don't know did the delivery boy came back and knock my door or not. Because I'm on my headphone. I hope he don't mind with the 30 cents.

Whatever shit happens, It happened. I didn't mean t0. If I could appologize, I will. :-p

I'm sorry dude, I didn't mean to. I guess I just too blur already because Mcdonald (lunch at 4pm) is my first meal of the day dude. Maybe that is why my brain did not function well.

Jogging is Pain

Jogging is one of my way to express my frustration, several years back, I used to jogging almost every morning to release my tension. I prefer only jogging during the early morning before the sun is going up and the sky is dark, because I do not like to jog when the sky is bright, because I like the feel of being alone, without any disturbance.

Around 3 years ago, after jogging for approximately 2 months, both my knee start to get pain, it hurt till I cant even walk properly. Since then, I had stop jogging.

And last week, I decided to start to jog again, with my new shoe that I bought from Bali with 5 hundred thousands ruppiah (500,000 rupiah) around RM177, it is the first time I spend so much for pair of shoes. The first day I jog, I feel abit breathless as I seldom exercise, my left knee did pain a little bit, but just a while, so I thought it should be alright.

I did not push myself too hard, I start to jog again after a few days later, and my left knee start to pain again.. But luckily it's not worst until I couldn't walk, but it is a sign, similar pain like few years ago.

I did proper warm up before jogging.
I have a proper shoes for jogging.
I did not push myself too hard during jogging.

What is wrong then?

I need to figure another way to release my frustrated & pressure or else I will explode like a overgas ballon. Should I jog again?

I cant imagine the 3 hour I spent is felt like 3 century. It is definately the longest moment in my life. You waste my precious 3 hours!!! You PISS me OFF!!

I cant imagine why I will meet up someone like THIS! I swear to god i will definately will not meet this THING again in my life!!

1. When people greet u, you greet it back, do you know this is the basic rule of being polite?

In this world, Different people view from different point of view and thinking from different perspective might get different result. Although many of us know this, but still conclude something by looking at our own point of view or judging from the limited information.

Real world is not like WYSIWYG which is the abbreviation for "What You See Is What You Get". Don't freak yourself out and make yourself look like and idiot, so, View - Think - Judge from different angle for a clearer picture before conclude on someone/something.

Once again, today is valentine, I need to scratch my head to organize the single outting, at first, I thought will going to a blind date, but some how some one fly kite and the meeting is cancelled.

Since the blind date is cancelled, 3 of us single bachelors gathering at Asia Cafe subang jaya to have our dinner. after the dinner, we have some activity like cue some pool balls and throw some darts.

pool challenge between simon, chok and me... tonight perform much better, at least did not 'drink water' like that day~~ hehehe.....

Chok is addicted to the dart already! We did play one round as the night is getting late and Simon need to rush back home.

We missed the foosball bcz Simon need to go back home earlier, because he is working tomorrow!

At the time around 12.30am midnight, the gathering is officially 'adjourned' and as usual, we greet each other to celebrate the valentine day with the love one...........

Cool your laptop/notebook with RockyII's Style

Overview of my laptop / notebook cooling system

* I DIY the huge 12cm fan to blow in the cool air at the bottom of the laptop.

* I purchased the MAGIC Idea Cooling system (run on USB power) to suck heat air out from laptop.

* I DIY a 8CM 12V fans to suck the heat air away from MAGIC Idea.

* A Small 5cm 12V fans sucks heat air from the LCD (hotspot)

Well, today i'm going to post some crazy Do-It-Yourself (DIY) laptop cooler system that i built. Heat is the laptop number 1 killer, so, if your laptop is being heavily use, the overheat will actually shorten the lifespan of your precious laptop (for me is precious, dunno about u all 24JO out there). Before you cool your laptop down, you must fully understand how is the air flow of your laptop. in my case, Acer Aspire 5540, takes cool air in from the bottom and blow heat air out at the right side of the laptop.

There are alot of laptop cooler in the market, but all the cooler is run on USB which is 5Volts, I have totally no confidence to put my precious laptop life on the twin small little 5 volts fans to cool my laptop down; so i decided to built all the fans running on 12 volts to blow the heat air away.

Actually, I built the entire cooler system last year (2007), today I decided to post my 'creative innovation' to share with you all guys out there.

RockyII's Laptop / Notebook cooling system

First of all, I DIY the plastic bookcase and install the huge 12CM fans together with the power switch. The fan is locate at the right side of the laptop because my Acer laptop is get cool air at the right side. It might be varies depend on your laptop.

I add a laptop stand at the back to raise the laptop approximately 3CM high to allow the maximum cool air blow in to the bottom of the laptop. Can you see what is the material i used to raise the laptop? the answer is my original Proton's car door protector, i think it's pretty sucks look in my car, thats why i took it off.

LCD cooler

I discover that the hot spot of my laptop is locate at the middle bottom of the laptop LCD screen, which is right on the 'acer' wording. hence, I modified a small little 5CM fans to blow the heat air away from the LCD screen. Yes, the fan is also runs on a 12Volts power and it is removable! hehehe!
* i tried to blow IN cool air, but it will the dust stick around the area.
* that is why i flip the fan and blow the wind UP instead of down.

Magic Idea Cooling USB FAN

This is piece of device that i bought at Petaling Jaya Digital Mall for RM45.00, it will extract the heat air out from the laptop. although i run on usb power (5 volts), it can actually extract quite alot of heat air out from the laptop.
It had two option, which is low speed & high speed, (i use high speed all the time).
The great thing of this device is that you can choose to blow the heat air at 180 degree, you can blow it whereever you want!

This is another crazy DIY that i had done, this fan is actually built before i got the MAGIC idea cooling usb fan, i wish to built a fan to extract the heat air from the laptop, but apparently the fan is not suitable for extract mass volume of heat air.

look at the photo above then you'll know how it being built. it suck the air from the small hole and blow away.

after i got the MAGIC idea cooling usb fan, i change the fan (i called it super heat sucker) to blow away the heat air that extracted from the MAGIC Idea Cooling USB fan.

我仿佛站在悬崖边，一个决定，两个选择，我徘徊着。

冷酷的时间的风吹得我有点寒意，它在催促着我。

悬崖下的巨浪打在石头上，好似在挑战我说着：“有种跳下来啊！”。

有人在我背后劝着，“天下何处无芳草，何必为一棵树放弃整座森林呢？放弃吧！”

其实我也知道，哪里有人会一连几年放这么多的飞机，鸽子，放风筝呢？白明就是...

“别再钻牛角尖了啦！别再这么牛皮灯笼啦！站了这么久，难道你脚不累的吗？”

也有人鼓励着，“要苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤,空乏其身，要勇于尝试，才能成功啊！”

跳下去？我畏高，我脚软。。。

看着短暂而美丽的夕阳，我学会了珍惜！

2008 CNY Family Reunion

I am the earliest back to home cz i hv a long one week CNY holiday, but my noisy little sister n my elder brother is not here.. my little sister visit my sis in jb and my brother stil workin in singapore.
She must be very excited bcz she jz got her passport and visited singapore.

The whole house so noisy bcz they jz came back.... everytime oso can chit chat bising bising till late nite.... 2am stil haven sleep...... we exchange souvenir, her sourvenir from singapore and mine from bali..

I can predict that tonight's annual family reunion dinner must be very excited and very happy. every year we celebrate her birthday one day before chinese new year because my lil sister's birthday is on the 1st day of CNY, as use to be, we hv party, cake, angpao, firework (not sure for this year), new year song and birthday song.

now is 2am oledy.. gotta sleep earlier.. bcz stil have many stuff need to prepare for CNY.

will appear in ur dream at ur bedtime.

once again, either reality, or in my dream,

I don't have the guts to even talk to her,

is this simply fate or my destiny?

dream is sweet, reality is cruel,
i'm chicken, i'm scare and i'm admit it,
scare of the truth, and scare of the rejection.
grow up, what am I six years old?
the line that i always use to scold myself.

physically i'm grown up, a man and not a boy,

but i'm a embrio, infant of love matter,

mum teach how to say 'mama' but din teach me how to dating girl,

dad teach how to walk steady din teach me how to tackle girl,

teacher teach grammar and noun din teach the best pick up line,

friend teach me talk rubbish but din teach humour stuff.

new year same old objective,

she happy i happy, do u impressive?

all friend advise me dun be so naive,

naive? am I?

yes, no or just maybe...

love love love, when will you fly to me?

The Extreme day... UP & Down

Today...1st of February 2008... me n foodspace co-founder Mr. tttntt first day step out to the real live world to collect data for our precious new born baby "the foodspace"...
so for the first stop, we chose the nearer restaurant, GRG bcz it is very unique and special... early in the morning, we walk under the rain.. step into his restaurant, who know first restaurant oledy kena taruk (fxck) by the boss kaokao.. keep step on our baby kaokao, say it is no value to him, the foodspace will only bring more con compared to the pro.. the reason he giving is that he don't like the comment part.
in foodspace, as long as you register a member, you can post comment on the restaurant.. the GRG boss said he don't like the idea of people giving comment reason being is that he don't like other people to comment something bad to his restaurant and spoil his reputation.
well, i can understand that the reason he reject, it is because he worry about his business, which is reasonable.. but I think that he should open his mind to receive other people comment and from there, you can improve better..
I do not blame his decision, but it really spoil our mood..

mainly because it is our FIRST STOP...

well.. gone by gone.. lesson learnt! we still have faith into our http://www.foodspace.com.my/ and continue our journey to gather more data.

so next we step into O' My Juice at Puchong... and able to talked to the sweet lady boss, she was much more open minded to the Internet stuff, maybe one of reasons is that she studied IT & programming before.. At o' my juice, they provide free wireless network access, so we get more information from her (Iris by the way) and we add into our foodspace on the spot.. she is very sweet, nice and co-operativly provide information for us... she also provide a free juice for each of us.. as foodspacer, we don't reject free stuff..hahaha.....
she did made a big smile into our face today..may god bless you...

and then we also visited an unique Thai food restaurant, Sri Lanna Thai at same row with o' my juice, I am really glad that Mr Peter to give us time to explain the foodspace concept and he did provide information for us. we did not know that he will close the restaurant by 3PM and reopen it at late evening.. he gave us around half an hour to explaint and exchange idea...

For the half of the day, we only successfully added in two restaurant into our precious foodspace.. me and mr. tttntt then agreed to the new strategy, which is more efficient and effective in data gathering......and then we step back the journey back home.. and start our brainstorming session........

In memorial of the 202 innocent soul that lost in the bombing at Legian Bali on 12 Oct 2002. This monument is built exactly on where the bombing actual was. This monument has flowers, water fountain and the list of victims' name. Many tourists will stop by to read the name and take photo here; including me (23 Jan 2008)
